I have a problem with my product. How can I make a complaint?

If a product is damaged or does not fulfil its specified requirements, please contact us immediately. Upon receiving your claim, our customer service team will review and respond to your request as quickly as possible.

How do I get a copy of the technical data sheets for your products?

All technical sheets can be easily downloaded directly from our website by visiting the specific product page, "download assets" section, and clicking on the Download button. Remember to log-in or create a new account to download your assets.

What is your standard product guarantee?

Luxury Living Group guarantees that its products will be free of manufacturing and material defects, based on normal domestic use, for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the original invoice for interior products and 3 (three) years for outdoor products.
