Francesca Lanzavecchia

Francesca Lanzavecchia, graduated in Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Milano and completed her Master's degree in Conceptual Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, where she graduated with honours. Co-founder of the studio Lanzavecchia + Wai, with offices in Pavia and Singapore, she has been their Creative Director since 2012. Her work is inspired by Universal Design, and focuses on creating ergonomic, inclusive, and accessible products offering solutions for the frail. From her furniture collections to product designs, each creative idea tells life stories using an aesthetic, empathetic, and unconventional language, featuring collaborations with Alcantara, Samsonite, Mercedes, and the global luxury giant: Hermès.
