THE TRUSSARDI GENTLE RESISTANCE AT MILANO DESIGN WEEK

TRUSSARDI CASA PRESENTS THE 2026 COLLECTION

The Gentle Society has never been merely an aesthetic manifesto. It is a way of life. A vision born in fashion and naturally extended into design, where gentleness becomes the design language, a cultural gesture, and an everyday attitude.

Today, that perspective takes a further step forward. During complex times, often marked by tension and uncertainty, gentleness is no longer simply a lifestyle but a conscious choice. From this idea stems The Gentle Resistance, Trussardi’s new narrative for 2026.

A quiet yet determined form of resistance, one that does not raise its voice but clearly affirms its values. It lies in their ability to create environments that protect without isolating, that welcome without sacrificing character and transform life into a harmonious embodiment of their identity and openness.
The new collection unfolds as a design narrative where diverse elements coexist, shaping a richly nuanced domestic landscape. Geometries alternate between bold lines and soft volumes, balancing sculptural presence with visual lightness. Surfaces capture and diffuse the light in ever-changing ways.
Colour, too, evolves with carefully calibrated sensitivity, The natural tones that define the brand’s DNA open up to vibrant new hues. Materials, always central to the language of Trussardi Casa, remain at the heart of the experience.
Fine leathers, richly textured fabrics, and artisanal craftsmanship enhance the tactile impact of the design.
Thus, the 2026 collection portrays a home that protects and reflects the personality of those living there, while offering room for connecting with oneself and others.
The Trussardi showroom at Via Burlamacchi 4 in Milan is set to host a series of exhibition areas, further brought to life through creative workshops, talks, interactive activities and gastronomic experiences – all guided by the Gentle Resistance of the Gentle Society.

THE COLOURS

A quiet compilation of nuances, reflections, and vibrations that shift with the light and the passing hours. Within this sensory landscape, colour is never merely surface but a living material capable of setting the mood.
In the 2026 collection colour is used with dynamic sensitivity, not as an isolated element but as part of a collective design vision that balances harmony with an element of surprise.
The palette reflects an ongoing dialogue with the world of Trussardi fashion. Alongside the brand’s natural, signature tones, colourful new nuances appear, enriching the language without altering its essence. The hues and pairings do not simply adorn the setting but invite it to be experienced it from a fresh perspective that is contemporary, emotional,
and deeply personal.

THE FORMS

The 2026 collection stands out for the diversity of its formal languages that, at first glance, appear to belong to different worlds. The almost brutalist line of the Talism sofa by Carlo Colombo meets the soft, enveloping curves of the Comfy bed by Jimmy Delatour; the suspended lightness of the Levre bed by Silvio Pompeo contrasts with the solid, architectural presence of the Kosmos table by Alessandro Corina.
Uniting them is an underlying narrative, composed of materials, proportions, and details. The choice of these materials and the artisanal quality of Made in Italy craftsmanship form the invisible thread that pulls the collection together.
This emerging domestic landscape expresses the Gentle Resistance running through the entire collection: the quiet strength of distinct identities, harmoniously living together.

THE UPHOLSTERY

Upholstery fabrics have always been an essential part of the creative process at Trussardi Casa. In the 2026 collection, the textile palette unfolds through warm, enveloping tones, built on a rich range of soft, reassuring shades that naturally blend together to form a true colour compendium.
Expressive variety emerges above all in the textures and craftsmanship, where mélange surfaces and two-tone bouclé fabrics introduce material depth and subtle chromatic vibrations, enriching interiors with understated elegance.
At the same time, echoing developments in the Trussardi fashion world, the 2026 collection places renewed emphasis  on leather–the brand’s signature natural material and a defining element of its DNA. Sophisticated, durable, and pleasing to the touch, it shapes the forms it upholsters, lending them a distinctive sensory quality and natural longevity.
The 2026 collection introduces Alberta, a fine aniline leather distinguished by a delicate batik effect and a surface that preserves the authentic traces of its natural origin. Marks, subtle scars, and variations in the grain tell the story of the material, making every surface unique.
Analine is leather in its purest and most natural form: subjected to only minimal surface treatment, it preserves the softness, chromatic depth, and extraordinary tactile quality of the material.
The result is a living material, capable of evolving over time alongside the objects it adorns, reinforcing the intimate relationship between material, design, and the individual that defines Trussardi Casa.

THE 2026 COLLECTION

AFRA chair, design Cono Studio

Afra interprets the act of sitting as a design gesture to be rendered essential and distinctive. With Afra, Cono Studio responds to Trussardi Casa’s vision of form that embodies memory and modernity, materiality and lightness, structural rigor and comfort.
The structure, crafted entirely from black-stained solid ash with a matt finish, reveals advanced joinery and meticulous attention to detail.
Its defining feature lies in the backrest: an upholstered band that welcomes the body naturally, leaving the wooden side elements visible and creating a refined two-tone effect.
Afra asserts a quiet presence–a coherent and understated form that brings atmosphere to a space through its restraint, with the potential to become a timeless classic.

COMFY bed, design Jimmy Delatour

The collaboration between Trussardi Casa and Jimmy Delatour continues to evolve. Following the sofa and armchair, his multifaceted creativity now extends into the bedroom with the introduction of Comfy in its bed version.
A declaration of softness and a timeless invitation to rest and relax, it offers the same promise: a generous space that welcomes, protects, and envelops.
The quintessence of Trussardi Casa is elegantly reaffirmed in the use of two different materials: the feet and bedside surfaces, both upholstered in leather, subtly recall the brand’s DNA, where sartorial rigor meets the softness of upholstery. Distinctive in form, the two bedside tables nearly embrace the bed structure, merging with it to unite
function and aesthetics.
As always with Jimmy Delatour’s design language, every detail is conceived to be discovered: a minimalist geometry with underlying complexity, upholstery that becomes architecture, and leather that quietly reveals the unmistakable signature of Trussardi Casa.

KOSMOS table, design Alessandro Corina

Designed by Alessandro Corina (born in 1988), Kosmos takes shape as an interpretation of cosmic order, where straight and sinuous lines, materials and light, structure and movement blend together in perfect harmony.
Kosmos reimagines the dining area as a place of connection and proportion, where the materials speak. The glass top, light and semi-transparent, introduces an ethereal quality. Its precisely defined edges engage with the curves of the base, creating a refined dialogue between linear geometry and fluid contours.
Its iconic feature is the base: a sequence of leather-clad rings, marked by visible stitching that emphasis their rhythm and evokes the Maison’s artisanal heritage.
Set back from the perimeter, the spacer rings introduce a dynamic tension between solids and voids. In the larger formats, the doubled base intensifies this dynamic tension, giving rise to original pairings that remain elegant and coherent. The rounded forms subtly echo the oval motif of the Trussardi logo, reiterating its memory and identity while
softening the silhouette and lending it greater fluidity. Kosmos asserts itself with quiet elegance, never appearing monumental. In keeping with the vision for 2026, it conveys measured strength through its solid base harmoniously balanced with a transparent top.

LÈVRE bed, design Silvio Pompei

Lèvre is a bed defined by light, precise contours that define space with natural ease, thus firmly establishing itself within Trussardi Casa. The concept stems from a desire di expand the brand’s design narrative while standing apart from other sleeping solutions. Its presence is defined by a slender base, slightly raised from he ground, which elevates
the bedroom and enhances visual depth.
The design is both original and distinctive. The headboard, split into two parts, unfolds like a ribbon that wraps and extends, transforming into a base for the mattress. The fluid contours form solids and voids, creating a discreet internal storage space towards the outermost section.
The structure appears to hover above the ground: slender, set-back supports accentuate the suspended effect, conveying a calibrated sense of balance. A metal zip traces the entire silhouette in a clean, continuous line, defining its profile with precision.
The upholstery wraps the volumes with controlled softness, evoking the Maison’s iconic outerwear. An optional integrated bedside table enhances the design with unintrusive functionality, perfectly aligned with the clean design.
Lèvre is a modern bed, conceived for sophisticated residential interiors and for a clientele attuned to the evolving dialogue between fashion and design.

MISAKY Coffee table, design Studio Nove3

Born from an exploratory design process, MISAKY coffee tables by Studio Nove 3 reflect a considered approach to design and–above all–to materials, which here become an aesthetic statement.
Conceived as versatile side tables, these pieces integrate into the living room with ease– alongside the sofa, standing alone or in grouped compositions.
With sculptural silhouettes reminiscent of small domestic totems, the tables are composed of solid, carefully calibrated volumes. The rounded top meets a compact base. A lateral cylindrical element, inspired by traditional wood joinery mechanisms, interrupts the symmetry and becomes a defining feature–a functional detail transformed into a graphic
expression that is eye-catching yet discreet.
Wood conveys depth and warmth, metal introduces controlled reflections, while glossy surfaces emphasise the softness of its contemporary design.
Within the vision of Gentile Resistance, MISAKY conveys strength through structured simplicity.

NELI Daybed, design Matteo Agati

Matteo Agati continues his iteration of Neli, expanding the collection with a new piece that is neither a classic chaise longue nor a romantic love seat, distilling their essence into a more intimate form: the daybed. Where the namesake tables and consoles expressed the architectural strength of the double T, here the motif becomes horizontal. The iconic element is reinterpreted as a sculptural base that lifts the upholstered portion with graphic precision, defining a subtle threshold between structure and softness. The T is not simply a support, but a design element that frames and showcases comfort. Neli daybed unfolds as a line through space–a measured presence that combines structural rigor with material sensuality. The leather-clad base meets the wooden platform, reaffirming the dual-material motif that defines the collection’s identity.
Whether it’s used for reading, as a soft island in the living room, or a flexible element within a study or bedroom, this daybed adapts naturally. This piece never imposes its identity but defines it clearly and without ostentation.

TALISM sectional sofa, design Carlo Colombo

Talism, by Carlo Colombo, interprets contemporary comfort an expression of balance–a boldly constructed presence that conveys calibrated strength through restraint. Its compact, continuous volumes give rise to domestic architecture with a decisive and distinct character. Clean lines and dynamic inclines evoke a rigorous aesthetic, almost a nod to brutalism. In Talism, a sculpted structure becomes welcoming. The generous depth of the seat, the calibrated softness of the cushions, and the tactile richness of the upholstery transform formal strength into a more evolved sense of comfort. Tailoring remains a defining element of the Trussardi Casa language as piping traces the profile with intention, emphasizing the volumes without weighing them down. Leather defines and sharpens the design, while fabric softens and envelops. This duality between the materials becomes an essential part of the design language, allowing for a high degree of customisation. The system offers a dynamic take on upholstered furniture, articulated through sectional elements that extend beyond rigid linearity. Configurations range from compact compositions to more expansive arrangements, where the intimacy of domestic life meets the pleasure of sharing.

TRATT low bookshelves – TV cabinet, design Leonardo Talarico

Tratt redefines the geography of the living room, expanding into two elegant, new configurations designed for different functions: a TV cabinet and a horizontal bookshelf. The architecture is lower but extends in width. Horizontally stretched surfaces become the focus, forming continuous planes that unfold like taut lines, while the doubled vertical
element emerges as a rhythmic marker. A small feat of interior design: in the TV unit, the composition resolves into a calibrated balance between solidity and suspension. Bookshelves–whether wall-mounted or free-standing–have always been a source of inspiration for designers, here, they speak the same language with a different cadence.
More compact and horizontally oriented, Tratt bookshelf develops as a sequence of planes intersecting with vertical supports, creating a system that both organizes and frees up space.
