For Maison&Objet In The City, the Avenue George V store inspires the world of interior design with the new Luxence, Versace Home and Bentley Home Luxury Living Group, for the Paris event Maison&Objet In the City (18-23 January 2023), unveils the new furniture collections by Luxence, Versace Home and Bentley Home.
Contemporary design, superior craftsmanship and international flair intertwine in a story on home living that translates the utmost luxury into a lifestyle experience.
LUXENCE
The Group’s newest brand continues its journey with a dynamic, contemporary collection featuring clean lines and sophisticated finishes. Fabrics, metals, woods and leathers meet in tasteful creations of cosmopolitan flair, born in Italy and harmoniously incorporating cultures and nuances from around the world. In Paris the brand spotlights its collaboration with French designer Gwenael Nicolas, founder of design studio Curiosity, which originated the Seido capsule collection.
Luxence’s Seido collection delves into the concept of duality, starting with the name, and draws its intrinsic essence from the designer’s adopted home of Japan. From the union of the two Japanese kanji “sei” and “do,” meaning “static” and “in movement,” the project plays on shapes, volumes and surprising optical illusions.
Emphasizing the confluence of primitive design and timeless luxury, cosmopolitan attitude and return to one’s origins, the collection reveals unexpected interactions of furnishings and highlights a movement that is transformed into extreme comfort, construed as the authentic manifestation of luxury.
The flexibility and variety of the pieces allow for infinite combinations in space.
